AllChinaBuy spreadsheet: the site shows a hacking notice, so here is how to reuse its links

Checked and edited .

Short version: AllChinaBuy's homepage has shown a hacking and maintenance notice since September 2026, so no new orders can go through it. Its spreadsheet links still hold real Taobao, Weidian and 1688 items: convert them and reopen them on a working agent. Our spreadsheet adds 10,000+ real-photo shoes, clothes and bags you can open the same way.

What happened to AllChinaBuy

On 26 September 2026, AllChinaBuy's homepage showed a notice saying that, because of an ongoing hacker attack, the site was being upgraded and maintained, and directing customers to email support. Ordering was not available. Its Trustpilot page shows 4.1 from 215 reviews, with the latest dated 7 June 2026 and 22% one-star reviews, which suggests activity had already slowed before the notice.

AllChinaBuy is often confused with ACBuy, partly because some guides treat them as one company. They used different websites and separate accounts. ACBuy closed in August 2026; AllChinaBuy's situation is a maintenance notice with no reopening date.

AllChinaBuy cannot take new orders; its links are still useful once converted.

Why AllChinaBuy links still work

An agent link is a wrapper. Inside every AllChinaBuy link sits the item number of a listing on Taobao, Weidian or 1688, and those marketplaces did not close when AllChinaBuy did. The seller is usually still there, often with the same listing. Strip the wrapper and you have a link any working agent can order from. This is exactly the situation Mulebuy users are in now, which is why this site treats closed agents and Mulebuy the same way.

The agent is gone; the marketplace listing usually is not.

Rescuing a AllChinaBuy spreadsheet, step by step

  1. Copy the Mulebuy links from your sheet, up to 200 at a time.
  2. Paste them into the link converter. It recognises AllChinaBuy links and returns the original listing.
  3. Open five or six items on your new agent and check the sizes, colours and price against your sheet.
  4. Save the clean marketplace links in a column of their own, so the next move is just as fast.

Expect gaps. Sheets made for AllChinaBuy before it stopped may be a year or more old, and some sellers will have removed or changed listings. The guide to old spreadsheets explains what to recheck.

Where former AllChinaBuy users go

There is no single successor. Buyers who want a familiar spreadsheet experience tend to choose Kakobuy or Joyagoo; those who want an agent with formal written terms often pick Superbuy; French buyers lean towards Lovegobuy and BBDBuy. Avoid moving to Mulebuy, which buyers have reported as not shipping since mid-August 2026, or to Hoobuy, which now shows similar warnings. Compare a real parcel on two agents with the alternatives guide and check dated statuses on the status board.

Former AllChinaBuy buyers in the EU should also budget for the €3 per-category duty introduced in July 2026, which did not exist when most AllChinaBuy sheets were made; the duty calculator shows what an old AllChinaBuy haul would cost to land today.

Why people still search for AllChinaBuy

AllChinaBuy still draws about 25,100 searches a month worldwide, mainly from the US (26%), France (18%), the UK (14%). Most of that comes from old bookmarks, spreadsheet rows and videos that predate its closure. If you landed here from one of those, the short answer is: do not try to order through AllChinaBuy, do not trust sites claiming to be its successor unless you can verify them, and convert any links you want to keep.

Money or items left behind

A closed agent's warehouse is the hard case. If you had paid items or a balance at AllChinaBuy, gather order numbers, receipts and screenshots, send a written request to any contact address the agent still lists, and ask your card issuer or PayPal about a dispute. Their deadlines are counted from the payment date, so act quickly. Be wary of anyone offering to recover AllChinaBuy funds for a fee; closure periods attract scams.

Disputes through your payment provider are the realistic route for money left at a closed agent.

Lessons for your next agent

  • Make the first order small, one or two items, and judge any agent on how it handles it.
  • Save the help-page text on storage and returns before you pay.
  • Avoid wallet top-ups; a card or PayPal payment per order keeps a dispute route open.
  • Ask one support question and note how long a real reply takes.

Keep a raw-link column in every sheet you use. When AllChinaBuy closed, buyers with raw links lost nothing but their account; buyers with only AllChinaBuy links had to convert everything first.
