What the converter actually does with a Mulebuy link
Every agent link is a wrapper. Inside a Mulebuy link sits the number the seller's listing has on Taobao, Weidian or 1688, plus a word telling Mulebuy which of the three platforms it is. The converter pulls those two pieces out and rebuilds the original listing address. From there it can make the same item open on another agent, because every agent buys from the same three marketplaces.
It recognises the main ways agents hide the item: a full marketplace address tucked into a url= parameter (Kakobuy and Superbuy work this way), an item number with a platform parameter (Mulebuy, CNFans and many smaller agents), a product link inside the part of the address after the # sign (Sugargoo), and item numbers written into the path (CSSBuy and Hoobuy). Raw Taobao, Tmall, Weidian and 1688 links also work, so you can paste a mixed list.
If the converter finds an item number, the listing behind your old link can be ordered again through any working agent.
Reading the results table
- Link from names the agent the link was made for. Closed agents are recognised too, so CNFans, ACBuy and Pandabuy links convert just like Mulebuy ones.
- Item shows the platform and number. If you see "format guessed", the agent wrote the platform as a code rather than a word; check the listing opens to the right product.
- Clean link is the original marketplace listing. This is the one to save in your sheet.
- Open on gives direct links for Kakobuy, Superbuy, Sugargoo and CSSBuy. For any other agent, paste the clean link into its search bar.
A row that says no item number was found is usually a short link, an image link, or a link to a shop rather than one product. Shop links cannot be converted to a single item because they point at a seller's whole store. If your old spreadsheet only had Yupoo album links, the Yupoo page explains why those need the seller's real Weidian or Taobao link first.
Save the clean link, not the agent link, and future closures will not touch your list.
Picking where to send the converted links
The converter does not recommend an agent, and the direct links are there because those four agents have link formats that have stayed stable, not because they are better. Before you move a large list, compare two or three agents on the same item: the total at checkout, the shipping lines to your country and how long free storage lasts. When a converted link opens the wrong item or nothing
Three things go wrong most often. The seller deleted or re-listed the item, so the old number no longer exists; search the seller's shop for the same product. The listing is region-locked on Taobao and an agent cannot load it; try another agent, since they use different access. Or the agent you opened changed its link format; paste the clean link into its search bar instead of using our direct link.

A dead listing needs a new seller link; a dead agent link only needs converting.
Questions readers ask
Does this work with Mulebuy links?
Yes. Mulebuy links carry the item number and the platform as parameters in the address, and the converter reads both. If a Mulebuy link has no platform in it, the converter shows the item number and lets you try it as Weidian or Taobao.
Why does a short link fail?
Short links (the kind that redirect) do not contain the item number. Open the short link once in your browser, wait for the product page, and copy the full address from the address bar.
Can I convert a whole spreadsheet?
Paste up to 200 links at once, one per line or separated by spaces. Copy the clean links from the box under the results back into your sheet.
Which agents can I open the item on?
The converter builds direct links for four agents with stable link formats. Every other agent, including Oopbuy, Joyagoo and Litbuy, accepts the clean listing link in its own search bar.
Is my list stored anywhere?
No. The page has no server side; the conversion runs in your browser and disappears when you close the tab.
