Moving the sheet, step by step

1. Export or copy the link column. From Google Sheets, select the column with Mulebuy links and copy it. Up to 200 at a time works best.
2. Paste the column into the link converter. It returns the original listing for each row and flags any it could not read.
3. Paste the clean links back into a new column. Keep the old column for reference; delete it once you have checked a few rows.
4. Spot-check five items on your new agent. Sellers change prices and sizes, and some listings disappear. A sheet untouched since August will have gaps.
5. Fix the rows that failed. Short links need opening once in a browser; shop links need the specific product link from the seller.

What to check before trusting the next agent

Mulebuy looked excellent on paper until it did not. These are the checks that would have shown trouble early, and they work on any agent:

• Recent reviews, by date. Ten one-star reviews in a fortnight about the same problem matter more than a high average.
• Written storage and return rules. If the agent's help pages do not state the free storage period and the return window, assume the worst.
• Payment per order. Pay each order by card or PayPal rather than topping up a wallet, so you keep a dispute route.
• Short stays. Ship within a few weeks of the last item arriving. Items waiting out the full storage period are the ones most at risk when an agent stops shipping.
• The real domain. Look-alike domains appear whenever an agent is in the news. Type the address yourself.

The safest agent is the one holding the least of your money for the shortest time.

Which alternative fits which kind of Mulebuy buyer

Mulebuy attracted three fairly different groups, and each is better served by a different shortlist.

• Spreadsheet browsers who order a few items a month. You valued quick photos and an app that loads links cleanly. Look at agents with free QC photos on every item and simple link handling; Kakobuy and Joyagoo are the usual picks in this group. Keep orders small for the first month and judge the agent by how it handles your first return.
• Big seasonal hauls. You cared about storage length and a packed weight before paying. Choose an agent that publishes its free storage period and offers a paid pre-pack (often called rehearsal packing) so the shipping quote is based on the real box. Superbuy publishes its storage terms; Sugargoo advertises 100 days.
• Buyers in Italy, France and the rest of the EU. The line matters more than the agent. Shortlist agents with tax-included EU lines and compare the delivered price of a two-kilo parcel to your address, including the €3 duty per item category.

Whatever group you are in, avoid moving to a brand-new agent with almost no review history just because it advertises a big welcome coupon. New agents often run large promotions to collect former Mulebuy customers, and a coupon is worth little if the warehouse stops answering.

Choose by how you buy: small regular orders, big seasonal hauls, or EU delivery first.

What does not transfer, and what to do about it

Only links travel. Your Mulebuy order history, QC photos, saved addresses, coupons, points and any wallet balance stay in the Mulebuy account. Before you lose access, screenshot the QC photos of items you liked: they are the best reference when you order the same item from the same seller elsewhere, because you can compare the new photos with the old ones. Note down the size you chose and any remark you sent the seller.

If an item you loved came from a seller who has since closed their shop, the converted link will open an empty page. In that case, use the old QC photos to search the same marketplace for the product name or the seller's other shops. Italy and the rest of Europe: lines matter more than the agent

Mulebuy's biggest audience was in Italy, and the change that hit Italian buyers hardest in 2026 was not an agent closure but the EU duty rule. Since 1 July 2026, each parcel worth up to €150 pays €3 for every different item category in it, on top of 22% IVA in Italy. On a tax-prepaid (IOSS or DDP) line these are in your shipping quote; on postal lines the carrier collects them at the door, often with a handling fee.
